If you are shipped the wrong item, it can be returned to us at our expense. Defective items may also be returned to us, postmarked within ten days of your receipt of them. They will be replaced as quickly as possible. Should you return a defective item and we are unable to replace it, you will be refunded. All books on the webstore should be presumed to be AT LEAST Very Fine (VF) condition, if not better. If a book is deemed to not meet that standard, then we will do our best to notify you before completing and shipping your order. Our books are not warehoused! All books on the webstore are currently (or were at one time) on our store shelves, so the occasional shelf wear is to be expected. If you are shopping for books in only superlative condition, please notify us before placing your order and we will give you our opinion on its condition - we're a shop for readers, not graders, so please heed the preceding directions if book condition is of the utmost importance to you. Apparel may be exchanged for another size only. All returned merchandise must be with its original packaging and a copy of your receipt from Savannah Comics. Shipping costs on any returns for reasons other than incorrect items are the responsibility of the customer. Only Items purchased from Savannah Comics can be returned. Magic the Gathering, Heroclix, Sportscards and any type of collectible where its contents are an unknown are not returnable.
Orders containing New Releases that are submitted in advance (Wednesday through Tuesday evening) for Wednesday new releases are shipped Wednesday (the day the books are released). All other orders are shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping. We ship USPS Ground Advantage, Media Mail and Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Comics and Graphic Novels orders over $75 are eligible for free domestic shipping. If non-book merchandise (toys, posters, t-shirts...) is purchased simultaneously with a book order that qualifies for Free Shipping, we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover shipping for the non-books as they will ship separately from the book(s) at the full rate. International shipments may require additional postage to be determined at the time of shipment - the customer will be notified at that time. We ship APO boxes at the Domestic rate - free shipping on book orders over $75. Military shipments get top priority. Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, though Media Mail may be required given the circumstances of the package. We also reserve the right to use UPS if deemed necessary for your order. You may request USPS Priority Mail if your package needs to arrive sooner than the standard (2-6 business days) - do so by emailing heather@savannahcomics.com or by calling the phone number below prior to completing your purchase. Free Shipping orders over $75 dollars shipped Media Mail where appropriate. Signature Confirmation may be used for larger orders. We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping or change the speed of delivery to stay within the price charged. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any purchase without prior notice. Without prior approval, we have a (2) copy maximum purchase limit, meaning no more than two copies of the same book may be purchased by the same customer - most books will already be designated limit (1) copy per customer.
